
We understand that situations may occur and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, however, we do require 72 hours notice from the time of your appointment. No fee is due at cancellation if notice is given 72 hours prior to your appointment. If notice is given. less than 72 hours prior to your appointment 50% of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file. No show appointments will result in 100% of the scheduled appointment being charged. The credit card on file will be charged automatically or if no card is on file, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before any rebooking takes place. Multiple cancellations/reschedules of 3 or more will also require a 100% deposit towards your next booking. The deposit will go towards your service and will be deducted from the total at the end of your service.Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago!

I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. If you happen to be running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If you are 15 minutes late or more, I will do my best to accommodate you. However, out of respect to all of my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee all or any of the services scheduled will be performed and may result in rescheduling.

Children are only permitted on the salon floor when receiving a service. For safety reasons, and out of respect for our other guests, no child may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a salon environment.
